Project transportation from Czech Republic to Russia
Аn entire concrete-mixing plant was delivered to a Russian Consignee. 16 vehicles (7 oversized trawls and 9 tilt vehicles) were engaged to carry various parts of the plant, incl.
2 vehicles with cargo up to 3 m wide;
2 low-bed trawls with reservoirs 15 m x 3.35 m;
1 truck with the plant engine 11 m long, weighing 22.5 tons;
1 truck with the cargo of 16.5 m x 3 m x 3.40 m, of 10 tn weight
1 truck with the cargo 3.20 m x 3.20 m.
Our logisticians succeeded in:
Working out the delivery road-map, choice of best route and requisite vehicles;
Scheduled loading of all the trucks, incl. specialized transport, in Czech Republik;
Obtaining specialized permits for heavy & bulky cargo transit via Czech- Poland- Belarus- Russia;
Convoying the trucks throughout europe;
Joint arrival of all the 7 trucks at the Consignee`s customs point in Yartsevo, Smolensk region;
Joint arrival of all the trucks for customs clearance in Russia;
Tracking en route and keeping the customers constantly informed.
